What happens if the recipient is not available?
If the recipient isn’t available, our delivery partner may leave the flowers in a safe location, with a neighbor, or contact the recipient directly. If delivery isn’t possible, we’ll coordinate a redelivery.
Do you offer refunds or replacements?
